Stacey J. Gorowitz, CPA, MBA, was a presenter at the 5th Annual Entrepreneurship and Small Business Summit sponsored by Thompson Management Consulting, LLC on May 3, 2018 at Gwinnett Technical College’s The Busbee Center. The event, “Leading with Innovation,” was held in conjunction with the annual National Small Business Week. All small business owners, entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, business professionals, thought leaders and academics are encouraged to attend each year.

Gorowitz’s session, “Small Business Taxation,” provided an overview of the goals of tax planning, entity structure considerations and practical advice to minimize taxes and avoid penalties and interest.

According to organizers, nearly 100 people attended the event and all workshops received “fantastic feedback.”
